Job Description
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents.
- Serve as a liaison between departments and external partners.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Organize special projects and events as needed.
- Manage schedules, organize meetings, and maintain files.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, standard working hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Dependable, organized, proactive, and excellent communicator.
