  • Resolve issues, complaints, and requests related to products or services.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on open inquiries.
  • Collaborate with other teams to provide effective solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements

  • College graduate (Finance, Accounting, Entrepreneurship, and Marketing Courses)
  • Good communication skills written and verbal
  • Willing to work onsite
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule
  • Can start ASAP
