Description
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality.
- Engage in continuous training to stay updated on product knowledge.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Master’s degree required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, customer service expertise, scheduling abilities, strong problem-solving skills, teamwork orientation, familiarity with Adobe Suite and TikTok, robust work ethic, account management experience, and knowledge of Salesforce.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, primarily office-based with potential for remote work.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, adaptable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
