Description

The Exchange Traded Content (ETC) Operations is a global group maintaining Exchange Traded Instrument (ETI) content. It ensures that relevant information is maintained and delivered in an accurate and timely manner. Content Analyst is charge for maintaining Real Time/end-of-day data on Thomson Data Network (TDN) and exemplifying one's expertise on Real time data from stock exchanges to key databases.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for maintaining continuous feed of Exchange Real Time data in Thomson Data Network (TDN).
  • Collects and maintains relevant information across all asset classes (Equities, Indices, Derivatives, Fix Income) in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborates with various teams to support sourcing and collection of data.
  • Contacts exchanges and/or other sources to assure the reliability of information.
  • Takes responsibility for data quality, accuracy, timeliness, and completeness.
  • Works within teams or by yourself, proactively identifying and resolving problems.
  • Ensures timely and complete resolution of queries from internal and external clients.
  • Assists when required in projects and testing.
  • Reports process improvement ideas to improve efficiency and customer experience.
  • Liaises with data operations, customers, and third-party suppliers.
  • Documents policies, procedures, and work processes.
  • Backs up other analysts in the team during their absence.
  • Works during local holidays to support specific market.
  • Flexible on shift adjustment, which including night shift and shift at weekend.

Required Skills:

  • Good learning ability, understanding of equity and derivative markets.
  • Microsoft 365 Apps skills.
  • Communication - can communicate verbally and in writing using English language.

Preferred Skills:

  • Unix, SQL, Python, Lean Six Sigma

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree
  • Relevant work experience is preferred.
