Description

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented Collection Officer to manage and recover overdue payments from customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships while ensuring timely collections.

  • Responsibilities:

    • Contact customers to collect overdue payments
    • Negotiate payment plans and resolve billing issues
    • Maintain accurate records of collections activities
    • Report on collection status and outstanding balances
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

    Requirements

    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • Previous experience in collections or customer service
    • Ability to work independently and meet targets
    • Knowledge of debt collection regulations
    • Strong attention to detail and organization
