I.                   Key Organizational Relationships

Accountable to: HR Manager

Directly Supervises: HR Supervisor, HR Staff

Coordination: All business units, All departments

II.                 Job Objectives

Shape the performance and development systems for all employees, designing and supporting the company talent frameworks including performance management, succession planning and workforce/human resource planning whilst guiding and managing Human Resources services for the Company. The HR Assistant Manager will lead all HR’s practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented high performance culture emphasizing quality, productivity, goal attainment and empowerment and is responsible for the development of processes and reporting metrics that support the achievement of the Company’s business goals as well as acting as talent expert across the Company. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, and working closely with colleagues to ensure all HR duties are undertaken in accordance with employment law, company policy and ensuring any risk to the business is minimized.

III.               Principal Duties and Responsibilities

·      Provide professional and full spectrum of HR services including but not limited to recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefit, staff relations and ensure in strict compliance of HR related ordinances and internal policies & procedures

·     Responsible for all HR management and development (including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, grievance, mentoring, salary and conditions, contracts, training and development, talent management, succession planning, driving performance appraisals and any other HR related issues).

·       Checking and signing of contracts for 3rd party

·      Responsible for end-to-end employee cycle which includes all activities for recruitment, on-boarding, contracts, training, performance & compensation management, grievance management and off-boarding.

·      Develop, review and implement HR strategies and policies in alignment with business goals.

·      Provide HR business partnering to the business by working closely with department managers in matters relating to HR and admin.

·      Responsible for execution and management of annual performance appraisal and preparation for yearly salary review, promotion and variable bonus for reporting.

·      Directs the needs assessment for training and staff development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company.

·      Reviews evaluations of training courses, objectives and accomplishments.

·      Makes assessments of effectiveness of training in terms of employee accomplishments and performance.

·      Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.

·      Managing subordinate HR employees and daily operations related to compensation and benefits activities.

·      Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.

Requirements
