Summary: As a Technology Support Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensuring operational stability. Your typical day will involve creating and implementing Requests for Change (RFC) and updating knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Implement network process automation solutions. - Develop and maintain network automation scripts. - Automate network configuration and monitoring tasks. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Network Process Automation. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Continuous Integration (CI) Tools, Python (Programming Language). - Strong understanding of network automation principles. - Experience in automating network processes using Ansible and Python. - Knowledge of API integrations for network automation. - Familiarity with running pipelines for network automation. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Network Process Automation. - This position is based at our Manila office.
