Job Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provides ownership to specific projects assigned by the Lead
  • Monitors the progress of the project, status and checking of timeline. 
  • Coordinates with Business Analysts regarding project requirements if it is complete and finalized.
  • Provides technical solutions/ recommendations and assessments for the Business User Requirements endorsed by the proponents/clients. 
  • Provide estimated timeline of work for a specific project, if possible, alongside Project manager.
  • Designs the project GUI (Graphic User Interface), then consults to proponents for checking and approval. 
  • Develop workflow for the proposed project as per design.
  • Coordinates with third-party developers/vendors to discuss and align project requirements and proponents’ expectations. 
  • Process familiarization of newly developed and proposed systems/projects for presentation with the proponents. 
  • Conducts training like system navigation, walkthrough, and function overview with the proponents. Conducts presentation of overall functionality of the developed project to proponents.
  • Facilitating a User Acceptance Testing session with proponents for project acceptance and initial testing.
  • Provides training materials like video tutorials, system manuals and daily support for concerns and issues related to owned projects. 
  • Develops, designs and creates Cognos/Quicksight reports and dashboard for system’s graphical analytics of related data. 
  •  Transforms data, conducts data bashing and loading using excel upon proponents’ request and endorsement of data.
  • Sets meetings and alignment regarding important project matters.  To discuss project clarifications, brain-storming, and updates regarding current activities’ status. 
  • Stand by support during project deployment and project implementation on production.
  • Conducts testing and troubleshooting of the system if there’s existing errors on pre-deployment and post-deployment of the project on production.
  • Daily L1 support, cascading of GUI, providing access to specific modules in the system, assisting users for account creation, answering queries related to various project concerns. 
  • Provides minutes of the meeting, documents project discussions and answers basic email queries. Broadcasts important system advisory for everyone’s awareness. 





    Job Qualifications:

     
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any IT related course, i.e., Engineering, Computer Science
  • Technically knowledgeable in most common hardware and software systems used in the
  • IT industry
  • Technically knowledgeable in most common network hardware, software and security
  • appliances used in the industry today
  • Has an Analytical and thorough knowledge on network administration and
  • troubleshooting
  • Flexible, with good communication skills, passionate for work, team player
