We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented IT Security Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and improving security measures to protect our organization's IT infrastructure. This role requires hands-on experience with SIEM, log analysis, threat hunting, email security, web application firewall (WAF), email phishing analysis, and incident response (IR).

Key Responsibilities:

• Security Monitoring & SIEM Management
• Configure, monitor, and maintain SIEM solutions for real-time threat detection and response.
• Analyze security logs and alerts to identify potential security threats and anomalies.
• Conduct log analysis to detect unauthorized access or malicious activity.
• Threat Hunting & Incident Response
• Perform threat hunting to proactively identify and mitigate potential security risks.
• Investigate security incidents and assist in incident response (IR) efforts to contain and resolve threats.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve threat detection and response capabilities.
• Email & Web Security
• Manage email security solutions to prevent phishing, spam, and other email-based threats.
• Conduct email phishing analysis to identify and mitigate targeted phishing attacks.
• Implement and maintain web application firewalls (WAF) to protect against web-based threats.
• Security Compliance & Reporting
• Ensure compliance with industry security standards and best practices.
• Generate security reports based on SIEM findings, log analysis, and threat assessments.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to enhance security policies and procedures.
