This is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal Counsel located in Muntinlupa City. The Legal Counsel will be responsible for providing legal advice, handling contract negotiations, preparing legal documents, and addressing various legal issues. The role also involves ensuring the company's compliance with relevant laws and regulations, as well as supporting other departments with legal expertise.

• Proficiency in Law and Legal Issues
• Experience in Contract Negotiation and Legal Document Preparation
• Ability to provide sound Legal Advice
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and well-organized
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Experience in fintech or a related industry is a plus
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent and licensed to practice law in the Philippines
