Job Objective/s

The role will handle corporate housekeeping and transaction work (heavy in M&A work, including deal structuring, due diligence, and documentation, as well as project financing).

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB)/ Juris Doctor (JD).
• Must have a license to practice law in the Philippines.
• At least 7 years of work experience in a law office, or equivalent experience as in-house counsel, with a focus on corporate law and M&A.
• Experience in the energy industry is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures.
• High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
• Sound judgement and ability to analyze situations and information.
• Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City.
