Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Clients’ Creatives team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the digital marketing efforts of multiple brands under our management. You will work directly with the management team to develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and engagement. Collaborating closely with two other creative team members, you will contribute to the overall marketing strategy while ensuring that all initiatives align with brand objectives and company values.

Work Set Up:

• Employment Type: Full Time
• Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri, 6:30 am to 3:30 pm
• Work Setup: Onsite
• Location: Makati
• Client Industry: Business Services

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for multiple brands, focusing on enhancing online presence and engagement.
• Collaborate with management to identify marketing goals and objectives for each brand, aligning strategies with business priorities.
• Create and curate engaging content for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and online advertisements.
• Utilize SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing techniques to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports on key metrics and actionable insights to management.
• Work closely with the creative team to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all marketing materials and channels.
• Stay informed of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in a related role.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within a BPO or agency environment.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media advertising, email marketing platforms, and SEO/SEM.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on creating compelling content.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset to measure and improve campaign performance.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
