Job Overview:
- We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our services, increase brand awareness, and drive business growth. As a key member of the marketing department, the Marketing Manager will manage multiple marketing channels and collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.
Marketing Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
- Identify target markets and develop segmentation strategies to attract new customers.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand market trends, customer preferences, and industry developments.
2. Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and other relevant platforms.
- Set and monitor KPIs for marketing campaigns to ensure they meet goals and deliver ROI.
- Coordinate with design, content, and sales teams to create compelling and effective marketing materials.
3. Content Creation & Distribution:
- Lead content creation, newsletters, and social media content.
- Manage social media accounts, ensuring engagement with followers and tracking performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging visuals and video content.
- Creating and designing banners in various sizes for advertising on various platforms.
4. Digital Marketing & Social Media:
- Develop and manage digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Track digital metrics and analyze performance to optimize marketing efforts.
- Stay up to date with trends in digital marketing and apply new tactics to achieve goals.
5. Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring funds are allocated efficiently across campaigns.
- Track expenses and ensure all campaigns and projects stay within budget.
6. Reporting & Analysis:
- Measure and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports for upper management, highlighting the success of campaigns and overall marketing performance.

Required Qualifications (mandatory):
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in managing and executing successful campaigns.
- Experience with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) and CRM software.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media management, and content creation.
- Strong experience in managing budgets, analyzing data, and optimizing marketing strategies for better ROI.
