Job Description

1. Responsible for the development and maintenance of global market KOL resources, covering platforms such as X, YouTube, Telegram, TikTok, etc.;

2. Plan and execute KOL collaboration strategies, including content direction, event promotion, etc.;

3. Follow up on the execution of KOL collaboration projects, analyze performance data, and optimize collaboration strategies;

4. Establish long-term cooperative relationships and maintain a high-engagement collaboration between the brand and KOLs. Content Creation and Execution:

5. Assist in planning KOL content creation, ensuring alignment with brand tone and market demand;

6. Promote the release of KOL collaboration content, tracking exposure, interaction, conversion, and other performance metrics;

7. Provide customized content suggestions based on local culture and trends to enhance brand communication effectiveness. Data Analysis and Optimization:

8. Track and analyze key performance indicators of KOL collaborations (such as views, interaction rates, conversion rates, etc.);

9. Summarize the effectiveness of various collaboration activities, produce analysis reports, and propose optimization suggestions;

10. Optimize KOL collaboration strategies and improve promotional efficiency through data insights. Cross-Departmental Collaboration and Optimization;

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years of experience in operations within the internet industry.

2. Experience in user growth within overseas financial sectors such as digital currency, brokerage, Hong Kong and US stocks, and funds.

3. Strong innovation and execution abilities, meticulous and responsible work ethic, and a spirit of teamwork.

Note: Fluent in English is essential.
