Lead the growth of early products (0→1) and expand existing experiences (1→N), ensuring the appeal of the entire product portfolio.

 Collaborate across departments to align operational plans and activities with broader company goals.

 Guide and formulate operational plans to maximize user acquisition, retention, and growth;

 Possess strong logical reasoning and data analysis skills to uncover business insights, identify issues, and develop data-driven solutions;

 Understand the product, including its features, user preferences, and pain points.

 Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies, including online user engagement, promotions, and events.

Over 3 years of experience in blockchain.

Proficient in data and experimentation—able to think using funnels, cohorts, loops, and lifetime value (LTV)/customer acquisition cost (CAC).

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field;

Experience in operations, product management, or marketing; candidates with experience in DeFi or fintech are preferred.

Excellent communication skills, strong creativity and execution abilities, capable of efficiently driving cross-departmental collaboration to ensure smooth project delivery.

Experience in building operational systems from the ground up is preferred, especially in high ARPU industries such as internet finance and blockchain.

Sharp insights into the blockchain industry, familiar with industry consumer segmentation and user profiling, candidates with relevant industry experience are preferred.
