Description

  • Responsible for user growth and market promotion of consumer-facing products, developing and executing growth strategies
  • Design and implement marketing campaigns and promotional plans to enhance product influence
  • Analyze user data to continuously optimize growth results
  • Innovate marketing strategies in line with Crypto/Web3 industry trends to expand the user base
  • Collaborate across departments and, when necessary, form and manage teams

Requirements

  • Experience in the Crypto/Web3 industry, with an understanding of the user base and ecosystem
  • Fluent in English, able to use it as a working language
  • Experience in consumer product growth or marketing, with a preference for those with experience from 0 to 1
  • Ability to independently plan and execute marketing campaigns, with team management experience preferred
  • Based in Shanghai preferred, remote work available
