Description

  • Sales: Make outbound calls to sell products and services
  • Customer service: Answer incoming calls, process orders, and handle customer issues
  • Information: Provide product information, answer questions, and negotiate pricing
  • Data entry: Enter customer information into databases
  • Sales goals: Meet or exceed sales goals
  • Follow-up: Follow up with potential customers and make sales pitches
  • Order status: Monitor order status and resolve customer issues
  • Training: Stay current on products and services, and industry developments


Requirements

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Persuasive abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to use telemarketing software
  • Ability to type quickly and accurately
  • Ability to meet sales goals
  • Ability to work day shift and weekends
  • Amenable to start as soon as possible
  • With experience in financing is a plus!
