Description
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings and screening resumes.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives.
- Help ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in employee engagement and performance management activities.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in HR roles preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in HR software.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with the possibility of remote work.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, adaptable, and a team player with a proactive attitude.
