Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.
- Maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to streamline hiring processes.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide insights for improvement.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or human resources.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills; knowledge of recruitment software is a plus.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing job postings.
- Working Conditions: Office-based with potential for remote work; regular hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about talent acquisition.
