Description

  • Managing and storing both physical and digital documents with an organized filing system.
  • Preparing and scheduling meetings, as well as taking minutes when necessary.
  • Compiling routine reports and assisting with basic data analysis.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, whether through email, letters, or phone calls.
  • Managing office supply inventory and other administrative needs.
  • Supporting other administrative tasks as required by the department.
  • Establishing effective communication with other departments within the administrative scope.


Requirements

  • Ability to type quickly and accurately.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting or simple bookkeeping.
  • Experience using administrative/office software (SAP, ERP, or others).
