Description

  • Organize and maintain company documents, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access and information security.
  • Input and process data into the system, as well as prepare routine reports such as financial reports and operational activities.
  • Handle communication via phone, email, and correspondence, serving as a liaison between internal departments and external parties.
  • Prepare and manage meeting schedules, gatherings, and other activities, including setting agendas and taking minutes.
  • Manage office inventory, including ordering and maintaining supplies necessary for daily operations.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed by the company, such as employee attendance management and recruitment processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum high school/vocational school graduate
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
  • Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and keep everything organized.
  • Detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in work.
