Job Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for developing and executing community growth strategies, building Telegram/Discord groups, operating AMA events, expanding influence on Twitter/X, and collaborating with Web3 KOLs and ecosystems to drive initiatives.

Experience with Virtual_IO launchpad will be given priority.

Responsibilities include: growing the user base, increasing engagement, designing incentive mechanisms, disseminating content, and continuously optimizing data.

Job Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in Web3 community operations or product marketing

Familiarity with the community ecosystems of Telegram, Discord, and Twitter, with successful case studies

Ability to plan and execute growth activities (retweet airdrops, invitation mechanisms, AMAs)

Familiarity with Virtual_IO launchpad mechanisms is preferred

Excellent communication skills, copywriting abilities, and data sensitivity
