Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for user growth in relevant business scenarios, continuously optimizing user conversion rates (such as registration, KYC, first deposit, first transaction, etc.) and retention rates at various user lifecycle stages through refined operations methods (user segmentation, A/B testing);

2. Plan and implement tasks such as referral rewards, trading mining activities, first transactions, and first deposits to enhance user LTV;

3. Collaborate closely with product development, marketing, and business teams to fully leverage and integrate internal and external resources, employing multiple strategies to achieve business objectives;

4. Develop short-term growth strategies and data analysis based on trend monitoring (such as new coin listings and halving events) to identify new user growth opportunities and launch viable operational strategies.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

1. Proficiency in English as a working language

2. Experience in cryptocurrency exchanges or securities investment industry preferred

3. Bachelor's degree or higher, clear logical thinking, sensitivity to data, familiar with common data analysis methods

4. At least 2 years of experience in user growth, familiar with marketing theories and methods, possess clear strategies and thoughts on user growth and user segmentation, and familiar with AARRR model, user lifecycle management, and other operational tools and methodologies.
