• Responsible for identifying and connecting with potential partners, including exchanges, DeFi protocols, NFT markets, metaverse projects, etc.

• Promote the integration of Web2 companies with Web3 technologies to explore Mass Adoption-related businesses and lower the entry barriers for users into Web3.

Collaboration Program Design and Execution:

• Develop personalized business development plans based on market demands to facilitate cooperation and enhance commercial conversion rates.

• Negotiate collaboration agreements to ensure the realization of the company's interests and business objectives.

• Ensure that business development needs can be effectively converted into viable products or services.

Market Analysis and Strategic Optimization:

• Monitor the latest developments in sectors such as blockchain, RWA, DeFi, and NFTs, analyze competitors, and optimize business development strategies.

• Assist the company’s products in adapting to a broader user base.

• Track business development data within the team, regularly review collaboration effectiveness, and adjust strategies to improve business growth efficiency.

1. Experience and Background in the Blockchain Industry:

• Over 2 years of BD experience in Web3, blockchain, fintech, or related industries, with experience in RWA, DeFi, NFT, or GameFi BD preferred.

• Familiar with the Web3 ecosystem, with a basic understanding of Tokenomics, smart contracts, compliance requirements, etc.

• Strong industry resources, capable of quickly establishing a collaborative network.

2. Business Development Skills:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and resource integration abilities, able to facilitate partnerships efficiently.

• Capable of independently developing markets and driving cooperation projects from inception to implementation.
