We are looking for a Sales Outreach Virtual Assistant to support outbound sales efforts for a digital marketing business. The ideal candidate is resourceful, proactive, and confident in conducting cold outreach to generate leads and schedule meetings. 

• Build targeted lead lists of potential clients based on fit criteria
• Send a consistent volume of outreach messages via email and LinkedIn
• Scrape platforms like LinkedIn, Reddit, and other channels to identify potential prospects (e.g., founders/business owners seeking marketing support)
• Manage and schedule meetings with qualified leads

• Proven experience with outbound lead generation or sales outreach
• Strong written communication skills in English
• Comfortable using LinkedIn, email, and scraping tools
• Highly organized and self-motivated with excellent time management
• Able to follow detailed instructions and represent another professional in a consistent, authentic way
