Description
- Generate new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations.
- Understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Meet sales targets and track performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemistry, Biology, Agriculture, Chemical Engineering, BioChemistry, or any science related courses.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in sales or a similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation and sales management skills, proficient in CRM software, excellent in lead generation, and cold calling.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, would require daily travel and varying hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication, teamwork, relationship-building skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
