Description

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate product information and recommendations to meet customer needs.
  • Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions, including cash, card, and digital payments.
  • Monitor inventory levels, assist in stock replenishment, and ensure product displays are neat and organized.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store at all times.
  • Support regular sales promotions and in-store marketing activities.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
  • Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the Store Supervisor/Manager.

Requirements

  • At least Senior High School graduate / College level.
  • With previous experience in retail is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible, reliable, and able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
  • Customer-oriented and sales-driven.
