- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve company revenue goals.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A diploma in business, marketing, or a related field is required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in sales or leasing roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in sales training, communication, and presentation skills; strong interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Drive sales, build client relationships, and deliver presentations on products and services.
- Working Conditions: Office setting with potential travel for client meetings.
- Qualities and Traits: Motivated, goal-oriented, and excellent at problem-solving.
