Description

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Handle customer inquiries, order processing, and maintain sales records.
  • Prepare sales reports, presentations, and other necessary documentation.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for the sales team.
  • Manage and update customer databases and sales information.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory and order shipments.
  • Ensure timely communication between the sales team and customers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Previous experience in sales administration or office support.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM systems.
