Description
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and documentation.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Coordinate sales meetings and maintain schedules.
- Prepare sales reports and track performance metrics.
- Support order processing and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain customer databases and assist in data entry.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a sales or administrative role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), organizational and coordination skills, proficiency in report generation.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist sales team with administrative tasks, manage schedules, prepare reports, coordinate with clients, and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Working Conditions: Typically office-based, may involve occasional overtime during peak sales periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, strong interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and adapt to changing priorities.
