Description
- Assist in procurement processes and supplier negotiations.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and inventory levels.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for timely delivery.
- Monitor market trends and pricing to optimize purchasing decisions.
- Support the purchasing team in administrative tasks and project management.
- Prepare reports and analyze data related to purchases.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience preferred
- Skills and Competencies: Decision-making, canvassing/purchasing, negotiating, excellent communication
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional travel for supplier visits
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable
