3. Prepare and process Requests for Quotation (RFQ) and Purchase Orders (PO).
4. Manage procurement documentation, including contracts, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
5. Coordinate with engineering, logistics, operations, and warehouse teams for project execution.
6. Follow up on deliveries, resolve issues, and monitor supplier performance.
7. Ensure supplier compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
8. Participate in supplier evaluation and continuous improvement initiatives.
9. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all procurement activities.
10. Monitor costs, identify savings opportunities, and support ethical sourcing practices.
11. Utilize ERP systems for procurement and supply chain management.
12. Support project scheduling, operational planning, and technical specification clarifications.

· College graduate/ Bachelor Degree of Industrial Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering.

· PRC license or any equivalent.

· 1- 2 years experience in purchasing assistant/ staff.
