Description
- Operate and maintain machinery in a manufacturing setting.
- Monitor production processes and ensure quality standards.
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
- Document production data and report any issues to supervisors.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A diploma in Manufacturing Technology or a related field is required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience is required; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Basic computer skills for operating machinery and tracking production processes.
- Working Conditions: Typically in a factory setting with possible exposure to noise and machinery.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and a strong work ethic are essential.
