Collect rubber materials that fall from the conveyor
Mix materials
Cut rubber
Weigh powder
Lift materials to the conveyor and connect bias
Measure tires during extrusion and weigh the measured tires
Tape and clean bead wire
Form circles in tires and puncture tires
Screen circles of tires in B.O.M to officially become tires
Mark tires / connect tubes-
Install screws in tubes-
Inspect finished products to determine if they are rejects or not-
Work on the production assembly line and understand the mechanics of the product
Attention to detail to build correctly and identify any faults
Physically demanding job as some lifting is required
Flexibility to work in other departments as required
Attend training and seminars as and when required. Perform any other jobs around the factory deemed necessary
