Job Description

  1. Monitor and implement the scheduled server back-up is well monitored.
  2. Troubleshoot computer and network problems.
  3. Implement solutions to avoid or lessens work interruptions due to possible unavoidable system problems either an employee or workstation or network server.
  4. Email and network users’ creation for new employees.
  5. Manage link building manually, without using automated submission software which may result to us being tagged as spam. 
  6. Prepare, manage, and file project documents (electronic and hardcopy)
  7. Copy, scan, and print documents as needed.
  8. Ensure confidentiality of important documents and that these have backup files.
  9. Produce document progress reports and email lists of drawings to the senior officer.
  10. Submit the produced drawings to the client and reply to client inquiries.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a similar field
  • A minimum of two years of work experience in document or records management.
  • Experience working with many types of files and software. 
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Microsoft Teams. 
  • Good attention to detail and ability to multitask.
