What you'll be doing

• Actively source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
• Conduct thorough initial interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements and effectively match candidates to open positions
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding
• Maintain a robust talent pipeline and continuously build a network of high-quality candidates
• Collect and analyse recruitment data to identify trends and improve the overall hiring process
• Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and internal stakeholders

What we're looking for

• At least 6 months to 1 year of proven experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably within the Recruitment - Retail industry
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, applicant tracking systems, and interview methods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders
• Demonstrable problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail
• Proficiency in various recruitment tools and technologies, such as job boards, social media, and applicant tracking systems
• A passion for talent acquisition and a genuine interest in helping candidates find their ideal roles
