Description

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and resume screening.
  • Onboard new employees and conduct orientation programs.
  • Maintain employee records and databases.
  • Support payroll and benefits administration.
  • Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in HR or administrative roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, human resource planning, social recruitment strategies, and recruitment allocation.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working collaboratively.
