Description
- Conducts and prepares materials for employee on-boarding and off-boarding
- Prepares and maintains accurate records, files, and reports including responsibility for maintaining 201 files
- Provides front-line HR support to employees.
- Assists in recruitment and managing talents including but not limited to appraisals
- Handles timekeeping
- Performs other related duties as assigned·
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management or Psychology is preferred
- Minimum of 1 (one) year experience in Human Resources Functions exposure in any facets.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and be flexible.
