Description
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees across various departments.
- Coordinate with HR, managers, and new hires to complete onboarding paperwork and training.
- Act as a point of contact for onboarding questions and provide exceptional support.
- Assist in developing onboarding materials and improving the onboarding experience.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of experience in US onboarding or related roles.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working within US business hours.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
