- Assist in recruitment processes, including posting jobs and screening resumes.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops.
- Help resolve employee inquiries and issues.
- Assist in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant HR experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in HRIS, employee relations, payroll, compensation and benefits, talent management, and recruiting.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in employee training, manage compensation reviews, and support HR initiatives.
- Working Conditions: Office environment; may require overtime during peak hiring seasons.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
