Description

Human Resources Duties:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (posting job ads, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding).
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and 201 files.
  • Monitor attendance, leave requests, and payroll coordination.
  • Handle employee relations, address concerns, and help ensure a positive work environment.
  • Facilitate performance evaluations and training initiatives.


Administrative Duties:

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks.
  • Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Support management in preparing reports and documentation.


Government Compliance & Regulatory Processing:

  • Process and secure permits, licenses, and registrations from the following agencies:
  • FDA (Food and Drug Administration) – product registration, licensing, renewals, etc.
  • NTA (National Tobacco Administration) – permits and regulatory documentation (if applicable).
  • BOC (Bureau of Customs) – importation/exportation documentation, accreditation, etc.
  • Liaise with other government agencies such as DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR.
  • Monitor compliance deadlines and ensure timely submissions and renewals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR and administrative work.
  • Knowledge of FDA, NTA, and BOC processing is a strong advantage.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
