Description
- Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes and coordinating interviews.
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
- Support performance management processes and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in organizing training and development initiatives.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in recruiting, communication, employee relations, payroll and benefits administration.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard hours; may require overtime during peak periods.
- Qualities: Detail-oriented, strong interpersonal skills, and proficient in computer applications.
