Description

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
  • Manage employee relations and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in recruiting and employee relations.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in HRIS, payroll processing, presentations, coaching, and excellent communication.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage recruiting, employee relations, payroll, compensation, and benefits processes.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, with occasional remote work options.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong process management abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
