Description
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
- Manage employee relations and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Facilitate employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Provide guidance on compensation and benefits administration.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in recruiting and employee relations.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in HRIS, payroll processing, presentations, coaching, and excellent communication.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage recruiting, employee relations, payroll, compensation, and benefits processes.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, with occasional remote work options.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong process management abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
