Description
- Developing and implementing effective HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Managing the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent, including overseeing job postings, screening applicants, and conducting interviews.
- Facilitating employee training and development programs to enhance skills and career advancement opportunities.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintaining accurate employee records in accordance with legal requirements.
- Addressing employee relations issues, providing guidance to managers and employees, and fostering a positive work environment through open communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field
- with solid experience in Human Resources
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral & written)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and highly discreet in handling confidential information
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and can function well under pressure
- Trustworthy, professional, and with a positive work attitude
