Serve as the primary liaison between employees and management to address workplace issues and concerns., ensuring timely and fair resolutions.
Proficient in local labor law, able to accurately identify compliance risks and devise actionable countermeasures, providing authoritative and forward-looking legal counsel to senior management.
Maintain comprehensive, confidential case files and produce periodic analytics to identify systemic issues and recommend retention initiatives.
Proficient in dealing with Compensation & Benefits issues.

Solid foundation in payroll calculation.
