- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes
- Manage employee relations and conflict resolution

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational development, performance management, people management, and leadership development skills; excellent communication and employee relations abilities; proficient in payroll and training.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership qualities, problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to foster a positive workplace culture.
