Monthly Basic Salary: Php 136,738.00


The Department Manager III is responsible for the management and overall supervision, planning, organizing, implementing, coordinating and controlling of activities intended to facilitate and provide the Corporation with services relating to human resource planning and staffing, compensation and benefits, employee relations and wellness.

Requirements

Education: Master’s degree OR Certificate in Leadership and Management from the CSC OR CES/CSE Eligibility


Experience: Five (5) years of supervisory/management experience


Training:

  • 120 hours of supervisory/managerial training/learning and development intervention

OR

  • Minimum of 60 hours of supervisory/management training/learning and development intervention
  • Maximum of 60 hours of technical training programs related to:
