Description
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
- Perform general ledger accounting and reconciliation.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments on financial issues.
- Utilize accounting software for efficient record-keeping.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in reconciliations, general ledger, financial statement preparation, bookkeeping, expense management, auditing, tax reporting, cost accounting, and both accounts receivable and payable.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, standard working hours, occasional overtime during peak periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical thinker, strong organizational skills, ethical, and able to work under pressure.
