Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience in floral design.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in arranging artificial flowers, customizing floral designs, and generating creative ideas for arrangements. A portfolio/sample work is essential.
- Working Conditions: Typically in a studio or workshop environment, may require lifting and standing for long periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, creativity, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
