Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in floral design preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong creativity, attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and customer service skills essential.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Create floral arrangements, assist customers, manage inventory, and maintain a clean workspace.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment; ability to work under pressure during peak seasons.
